Isaac Cumber Psychotherapist
I am a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am also Accredited by the National Counselling Society. My experience includes practising within the NHS and a leading mental health Charity, supporting people with a wide variety of presenting issues. These include anxiety, depression, relationship-related issues, attachment issues, childhood trauma, sexual and/or physical abuse, bereavement, domestic violence, and low self-esteem.
The way I work is to be hands-on, personable, responsive and collaborative. I am curious and will listen intently and offer you insights and interpretations in response to what you tell me. If there is a problem we will explore it together and get to the root course of it. I will sometimes suggest things for you to reflect on between sessions, in order for you to gain the most from therapy.
